Subpoena Duces Tecum

Does Social Security, Work's Comp, medical records, physician notes, medications, mental health documents have to be supplied to my ex-wife's attorney in Virginia, if they come under attorney/client priviledge and physician/client privilledge?

Without knowing more information, it is not possible to give you a specific answer to your question. Typically in SC, medical records, physician notes, medication, etc. can be easily obtained by Subpoena. Copies of government documents can be obtained through Subpoena or FOIA requests. Mental health records are typically protected, but they can be obtained if the Court orders that they be released.
