Can you sue for retirement benefits from ex-spouse after divorce is final?

Typically, a Divorce Decree allocates all of the marital assets and once it is filed, the distribution is final. However, in those very rare cases where an asset was not mentioned or referenced, it might be possible to have it allocated after the fact.
