Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

Temporary Custody/Visitation

I am currently on bed rest, and my ex-boyfriend has sued me for custody of our 1 year old. I attempted to leave b/c of abuse and neglect that I endured and he used this and my medical condition as the basis for him seeking custody. My counterclaim was based on his character and his history of abuse. So my ex (who lives with his parents) was given supervised visitation and his parents and I were awarded temporary joint custody (with myself awarded unsupervised visitation b/c I am on bed rest)--yet, they are acting as spiteful and manipulative as their son. For instance, they ignore my attempts to communicate, bring the child by when THEY feel like it for merely an hour at a time, and supervise ME as if I've done wrong. Can you tell me how many more temporary hearings there should be, and what can be done in the meantime to try to rectify the situation?
