Temporary Injunction & Child Support

If I must appear at a temporary injunction hearing, can the judge, at this hearing, determine if back child support should be paid by me immediately?

Re: Temporary Injunction & Child Support

If it is a Rule to Show Cause hearing, then yes. If it is a temporary/motion hearing, then typically not.

If you need more information, you can visit my family law blog (www.SCFamilyLaw.com) or our website (www.StevensFirm.com). I wish you the best of luck.
