how do i go about terminating my childs fathers rights

Re: how do i terminate father rights

In order to terminate a parent's parental rights, you must prove that he/she has willfully failed to (a) visit or (b) provide financial support for a period of six months or more. If you can make such a showing, then the Family Court can terminate the other parent's parental rights if it finds that is in the best interest of the child.
