Timely Manner for filing Order

Can you tell me what is the timeline a court gives an Attorney to type up an Order that the Judge has given and file with he court? Please Reply

Unless the Judge specifies a definite time frame, there is no requirement. I have had Judges require Orders to be submitted within as little as ten (10) days, and I have seen cases where other attorney took several months to submit them, for whatever reason. Good luck.
