She left me for another man.He lives in north carolina she lives in south carolina.one month after seperation she gets an apartment and when he comes to visit he sleeps in the same room with her while the kids stay in their rooms next to theirs just one month after pulling them from their home since birth. Is there something illegal shes doing.?Plus she says she would never move out of town with the kids but says in a couple of years she is moving an hour away for collage. My question is what can I do to keep her from taking the kids to live outta town?

You can (and should) have the Family Court address these issues as soon as possible. Typically, the Court will restrain both parents from having overnight boyfriends/girlfriends when the children are present. Also, if you have custody, then she can't take the children away, and if you have visitation it can make it more difficult for her.
These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
