Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
I have been told in two occasions that if you and your spouse do not have sexual relations in over a year that this is grounds for a divorce. Is this true?

Despite what you have been told, that is not a basis for divorce. You have to live separate and apart (under separate roofs) in order for that to be a basis for a divorce.
These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
