Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

TPR Appeal

How do I word an appeal letter for termination of parental rights in SC?

The case has been a disaster from the very beginning, I feel DSS literally kidnapped my great nephew and set my niece up for failure.

Re: TPR Appeal

Appeals have a VERY strict timeline in which things must be filed in S.C. If you are interested in attempting to appeal an Order, you should immediately contact an experienced appellate attorney. Good luck.

Re: TPR Appeal

It isn't a letter, it's a notice. You file a notice and several other pleadings with the trial court and the appellate court. No offense, but it's clear you don't know what you're doing, and you are dealing with a child's future. Go see a lawyer who deals in appellate family matters.
