unlawfull marriage

i thought i was not married anymore to someone and got married to someone else i have been living like that for three years what can i do

South Carolina still considers bigamy as a felony, so you need to do what you can to resolve this situation a.s.a.p. Your best course of action is to file an action in Family Court to have the second marriage annulled, then divorce the first spouse, then remarry the second spouse.
