Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

Help

I am a victim of being jumped on by 3 ppl but the dective never talked to me about this and my papers for lynching was thrown out and I went to jail one of the ppl that jumped me said I cut her so I was put in jail.. It was over my grandson I have had him sence OCT 06 and she wanted to take him so they jumped on me then she took this out saying I cut her and I can get no help with getting my granson back or even seeing him I have papers from DSS that he was placed with me and I have papers from the mother giveing me custody but now she has taken him... I need help pls..I am in Cherokee County and find that they do what they want u dont have a fair chance here where is our justice ???
