Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

Violation of Court Order

I am awaiting court for increase in child support and judge to rule on whether dad shall pay my lawyers expenses (I retained lawyer cause dad agreed to release parental rights then changed his mind 3 days prior to court). After 1 1/2 years of temp. hearings caused by failed drug tests, dad finally passes 1 and overnight visit. begin. With final decree finally in hand, my problem now is constant violations of order and harrassment from new wife. Yestur. new wife violated restraining order in agreement by cursing at me calling me ''b'' and yelling ''get off her f-- property'' all in front of 3 children while attempting for 1st time to commun. with father during pick-up. I feel step-mom is striving for physical confront. but think new order is needed to keep her out of entire affair. Do I need new to have attrny. file contempt, file for new agreement??? What is my best alternative?

I am tired of step-moms verbal attacks.
