Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

Visitation, family law

Iam the adoptive parent of an adult handicapped child and have been allowing visitation with biological parents. Would like to stop this. Am i leagally bound in any way to continue?

Once an adoption goes through, the biological parents' parental rights are terminated and they are legally strangers to the child. You can choose to let them (or anyone else) visit with your child, and you can decide to stop said visitation at any point you choose to do so.
