what visitation rights do I have as an aunt? The mother will not allow me to see or keep my nieces.

The short answer is "none." The Court will typically not interfere with decisions made by a fit parent. If you can prove that the mother is unfit and that it's in the child's best interest to override the parent's decision, then you may be able to get somewhere.
