visitation rights of my grandson

Right before Thanksgiving of last year my grandson's daddy quit letting me see grandson because everytime I would get him he would have marks on his backside so my sister said that was it and call DSS which this isn't the frist time they have been called on the Father so he no longer lets me see my grandson, I love my grandson so very much and he me the Father's girlfriend calls me when the Father isn't around and lets me talk with my grandson he saids OMA can I come to your house my heart hurts so bad. Please help me get visitation rights please my grandson is my heart please help me please,please. Thank you

It is very difficult for a grandparent (or any third party) to force a fit parent to allow visitation with his/her child. If you can prove the parent to be unfit, then it may be possible to get the Court to force visitation.
