voilation of right

if someone is lock up for childsupport in april 2006. release in february 6 2007. and lock up again in march 21,2007 for same childsupport order. and pay what he had. with pending disability. do he have 90 day to before this should happen again.

Any defenses to the failure to pay child support should have been presented at the hearing. It sounds as though your person failed to do so and/or that the Judge held him/her in contempt anyway. There is no "mandatory" waiting period before one can be locked up again for failure to pay child support.
