four wheeler as a gift
i had been with my fiance for 5 years she cheated on me so i made her leave my problem is she gave me a four wheeler for christamas she is still paying on it and it is in her name can she take it away even though it was a gift

From the limited facts you provided, it doesn't sound as though she really gave it to you. If it were titled in your name, then you'd have better standing to try to keep it, but since it's titled in her name, it's likely that the Court would find that it's still hers.
