my ex wife sent me divorce papers with my social security number wrong which iu didnt notice until years later are we still married?

The Social Security Number isn't an integral part of the Divorce Decree, and it is highly unlikely that a scrivener's error would invalidate the divorce. If you are very concerned about it, an Amended Order can be issued to correct it.
