Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
my wife left me and my son a month ago what can i do as far as changing the locks on my doors she is in the process of getting her stuff out why me and my son are on vacation? the house is in both our names but she abandoned us we are in south carolina were you have to wait a year to file divorce what should i exspect?
