The Family Court cannot order someone to take a polygraph test, and those test results are not admissible in any court anyway. If you believe that your wife has committed adultery, then there may be other ways to obtain proof, particularly if you have an experienced family law attorney handling your case.

These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
