ex witholdinghis disability checks for our child
my ex husband has been rec'ing disability checks and witheld the back pay to our child and said she is living with him..i was told i needed to file but didnt know anything about it..and that the checks were suppose to be given to me b/c i am the legal guardian and have full custody can he go to jail for this????? what is his punishment for this legally??please give a detailed answer in laymans terms..thank you....
