Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

i am just wondering when my husband and i married he was ony 17 but his mother signed for him to and i left him because of abuse and he now has a child with someone else and they have been living together for like two years can i get an annullment does common law marriage come in to play at all?

Annulments are very difficult to obtain in SC, so it is not likely that will be an option for you. As for common law marriage, he cannot be married to anyone else (common law or otherwise) while he is married to you.
