after the one year separation for no-fault divorce

in september i will have been separated the manditory one yr law can my daughter and i move in with a guy i have been seeing before my ex and i go to court for the final divorce since we have been separated the one yr?

You have several questions rolled into one. You can move in with your boyfriend whenever you want to, but doing so may jeopardize you having custody of your daughter. Most judges in S.C. will frown on your subjecting a child to your living with someone to whom you are not married -- especially if you are still married to someone else.
