balance of leave days
If you have a balance of daysfrom the previous year with the family medical leave act, does those days rolls over to the current year?

Re: balance of leave days
No. You only are eligible for 12 weeks of unpaid leave during a 12 month period. You cannot accumulate leave to extend the leave time beyond 12 weeks. Conversely, you also cannot have less than 12 weeks during a 12 month period.
