I am out 1300 and the car

I was in the possess of purchasing a used car. I paid 1300 down. The car broke down within 24 yrs of me receiving it. I returned the car and now the dealership will not refund any of my money. Now I'm out the car and my 1300. What can I do?

It may be wise to consult with the police to make sure that there has not been anything criminal about what the dealership has done. Aside from that, if you cannot settle with the dealership, then you might have to sue them. As with all legal matters, you need to consult with an attorney who can review all of the details of this matter including any documents or other agreements between you and the dealership
