No offense, but you really need to make an effort. Do you have a legitamate lawsuit? Who knows?? You have to say what heppened in some sort of detail. What started it, exactly what was the sort of assault, did anyone go to the hospital, did the police come, were there witnesses, was there any sort of self defense? If you really want free legal advise, you have to give a detailed description of what happened. And what does the gas station have to do with it? Are you asking if you have a law suit againt the gas station? Is there any significance of it being a "popular" gas station?
