Legal Question in Civil Litigation in South Carolina

Boxer Dog

I went to NC and purchased a purebreed boxer, the man said he would send me the papers on her in 2 weeks, it is now 7 months later, we have contacted him numerous times and he always states it's ckcs fault, we called ckc and akc they went back 3 years and found nothing, so now i have paid for a purebreed boxer that he said has papers and she don't and also i lost money on her litter of pups because i have no papers on her. I have a signed note that he will send me these papers when he received them, but now 7 months later no papers and no organazation has heard of him, let him know this and he sent a nasty email back to me. What can I do to get the money back that i paid for a purebreed which she is not and the loss of the money from her litter and my gas from sc to nc plus the fact that everything he told me was a lie and he is a fraud. I would appreciate any help you could offer me.

Thank you

Re: Boxer Dog

That's why we have courts and law suits. You should contact a lawyer where the dog breeder is and discuss suing him.
