Boyfriend not allowing me to take my furniture after moving out?

I had to leave my boyfriend's house after finding out he's using drugs. My personal belongings and some furniture is still there-he won't allow me inside to pack it up; says he'll do it and won't give my my furniture because in his eyes I haven't payed my share of bills while living there..can he legally do that? No living arrangement between us was ever put on paper.

No, he can't do that legally. You may need to sue him.
