lawsuit history

how can i find if a person has a history of filing lawsuits? this person was recently injured (minor injury) when riding an offroad atv. he rearended another and lost control. he immediately asked the person whom he hit to help pay for medical bills. it was his own fault and illegally riding on public road. im very suspicious! does he live off of lawsuits? oh, he's also collection disability for a bad back! Humm

There's no easy way to do that sort of research. You can try going through local court records or hire a private investigator.
