Can I recover attorney fees from amalicious trespass/neglect action and a partition action (two separate cases)? What statutes and/or rules would apply for South Carolina? Thank you, Bill

You can recover attorney fees if there is a specific statute that allows it for your situation of if the lawsuit is persuant to a contract that allows attorney fees. As far as the specific statute is concerned, there are a number of them that could apply. I would suggest consulting with your attorney on that.
