Legal Question in Civil Litigation in South Carolina

My mother bought some furniture for me that was a gift, now after a huge fight, she wants to pick up the furniture. It was purchased on credit and there is still a balance.

Can she legally take them back?

A gift is a gift. That is all I can tell you about that since that is all I know about your situation. Once a person receives a gift, they are not required under the law to return it upon demand. Whether you want to go through all of that is really a personal question. Good luck
