Legal Question in Civil Litigation in South Carolina

I was pulled over for speeding, and for mistaking identity my car was shoot at six times and beating by the officer and i just wanted to know what steps should i take from this? Should i press charges for being shoot at or should i be the blame for this action?

You have not provided enough information. You did not explain why you were shot at or beaten. Those things do not happen for no reason in the world.
