Legal Question in Civil Litigation in South Carolina

Softball Funds

If a softball team has players that quit and original coach has team money left over and splits money between all parents of kids on the team and not on the team any more and he is not the coach anymore can he legally split the money like that instead of giving it to the new coach for the remaining team members?

Re: Softball Funds

Its hard to say. You didn't say where the money came from, whether it was a school team, whether any of the money came from the parents, whether the new coach was aware of it or gave permission. Without knowing more its hard to answer your questions since all of these things affect the answer.
