Sorry, but your question cannot be answered that easily. You didn't say what they are basing the dismissal on, what type of law suit it is, etc. There are a number of ways something can be dismissed. If you cannot afford a lawyer to represent you on the lawsuit, maybe you can find one near you that will meet with you and fill you in on the basics of how it works and what you need to expect.
