Legal Question in Civil Litigation in South Carolina

During the summer i witness my nieghbors dog attack my dog. the neighbor dog jumped the fense between both our homes. not only did i witness the attack but my father also saw my neighbor dog jump back over the fense. i have already filed a suit against him but this is my first time going to court and need to know what are some of the questions the judge will ask
