Legal Question in Civil Litigation in South Carolina

wrongful tow and judgement collection

A towing/repo company broke into and drove off with my 18 wheeler. I was given a receipt,it was reported (by the tow company)to the sheriffs department and I have numerous witnesses and the assistance of the property owner from where my truck was taken. The tow company has denied it ever happened and that the person who took the truck even worked for them...any one would see that they took it and he was employed by them.I have a lawyer local to the area.My actual damages are about $30,000 and we are asking for $120,000 punitive. They have insurance and the policy provides coverage for ''wrongful repo and tow''. We already have certain judgements and are going for our punitive motion. They have yet to respond in any way or appear in court and we don't expect them to appear. If I am awarded judgements for actual and punitive demages,is the insurance company compelled to pay? What are my options if they do not. The tow/repo company is an LLC and operate in 3 states based out of the state where the incident occured. My lawyer is a rather quiet person and I am trying to stay informed.
