Legal Question in Immigration Law in South Carolina

a problem

im currently in nursing school graduating in may of this year. My mother had file a petition for me to change my status but my case was denied due to my age. Now i have no status. I have a valid SS# once i pass my Nclex will i be eligible for hospital sponsorship or any immigration work program.

Are you on an F-1 visa? If so, you may want to start looking for an employer to petition you as a Schedule A Nurse asap. If you are not on a student visa, and you accrue more than six months in the USA without status, you will be facing a three year bar to re-entry for which you will require a waiver. Please contact an experienced immigration attorney ASAP to explore your options and avoid being in USA without legal status.
