If you are in Withholding of Removal status, you are most likely facing at least a 10 year bar on any return to the U.S. You should really consult with an attorney who can examine the details of your case in order to get a more definitive answer.
If you depart the U.S. with a grant of withholding of removal, then you are self-deporting and triggering all bars to readmission including but not limited to the bar for having been ordered removal (5-10 years depending). Additionally all other bars become active including but not limited to unlawful presence which can be 10 years. As Ms. Brooks indicated, now is the time to retain counsel to discuss and fully understand your situation.
