Legal Question in Insurance Law in South Carolina
auto accident not at fault
was in an accident 2 days ago we were not at fauldt my car is totally smashed cop said clearly other guys fault i don't have any insurance should i contact his insurance company and find out what they are going to do to fix my car or am i held responsible for having my car fixed but i belive he would be at liberty to fix my car. what should i do
