Do I have the right to request a new car after my brand new car was damaged in an accident?

Insurance companies do not buy people new cars. They seek to compensate a person for their loss, by paying them and amount of money based upon the value of the car that was totalled. Its not always a fair process and is best to consult with an attorney.
