Legal Question in Insurance Law in South Carolina

auto coverage

My daughter was not an insured driver on my auto. She was shot and killed while driving my car. Is the insurance company liable for paying me anything for the lost of my daughter. They are trying to total out the car. $8,700 in damage, but I still owe over $10,000. Is there anything that I can do?
