Legal Question in Insurance Law in South Carolina

Auto hit my house

How can I get State Farm to Pay all my loss' incurred due to a car insured by them hitting my home. I do not live in the home and was renting it. The home is in S.Carolina and I live in another state. State Farm is attempting to settle for less.

If you cannot get State Farm to settle for a satisfactor amount, then you can file a law suit. Everybody is entitled to their day in court. The best advise is for you to first have an attorney review the case. Possibly an attorney could have more sucess getting State Farm to settle for more. Good luck
