Legal Question in Insurance Law in South Carolina
My brother-in-law took out an insurance policy to protect his family and his burial. He had a massive heart attack and died within hours (24 hours) of his policy coming in force (i.e. payment). He had 2 beneficiaries who were not aware of this. Will the policy be considered valid and will it pay?
