Legal Question in Insurance Law in South Carolina

Car Accident

I had an auto accident the eve of thanksgiving. Vehicle has 2,900 worth of repairs approved by the insurance adjuster. The vehicle is a ford expedition that requires the front driver side panel above the wheel to be painted. The shop is confident that the paint will blend and match perfectly. My question is how can I get the adjuster to paint my expedition all over instead of just that side panel on the front. This vehicle cost alot of money I don't want it spot painted. How can I get the adjuster to paint it all over?

All you can do is ask, and if that doesn't work, then treaten to sue, and if that doesn't work, then file a law suit, which often is not worth it. Do your best to deal with the adjuster and if that doesn't work, then call a lawyer for more specific advise. Good luck.
