Legal Question in Insurance Law in South Carolina

Road Construction - Rear ended

Highway road construction...multiple trucks leaving and entering with fill dirt. NO signs, max speed 45 mph, only warning. Dump truck stopped for left turn cement mixer stopped in front of me, I stopped and the 450 Custom truck with flat bed trailor and tractor didn't. Plowed into my rear end. I didn't think there any injuries to myself but now I'm not so sure. I NEED ADVISE!!! Do I get a DR. or Lawyer or both? It was the ''FAULT'' of vehicle behind me but was not cited. Please

help me as I've had medical problems in the past and HURT Pretty BAD 30 hours after accident.

Re: Road Construction - Rear ended

My advise to anyone who is injured is to see a doctor. That is not legal advise nor medical advise, simply a smart thing to do. In all liklihood, you will need a lawyer. Doctors will tell you that some injuries do not manafest themselves for hours or days after the impact. However, the longer a person waits after an accident the more difficult the case is, as the insurance company will claim that the injuries are not related to the accident. You welcome to call.
