waiver of premiums for disability
do i have to continue providing proof of disability every year to avoid paying premimuns on my life insurance ? my dr has declared me permenently disabled and i am reciving social security disability benefits

If your disability insurance company requires proof of continued disability, you need to provide it. Even SSD can re-evaluate your condition periodically. Probably your doctor will not have a problem provided a disability slip whenever it is required.
