Legal Question in Insurance Law in South Carolina
Work tools stolen
My husband's place of employment was broken into last night. His and another employee's tools that are required for work were stolen. There are three buildings on the property. His employer is saying that the building that their tools were kept in and another building are not covered on his insurance. Is the employer or his insurance company financially responsible for employee property that is stolen in a break-in?

Maybe, but it would be really helpful to know more about the situation. Your husband is welcome to call.
