Legal Question in Intellectual Property in South Carolina
I am needing to create a Terms of Use and License Agreement for a website company. While I could create such a document from scratch, there is one company (located in California) in particular with experience and such a document that has been tested many times over. Is it against the law to use their Terms of Use and License Agreement, with a few changes, for my site?
Thanks.

You will need an attorney to create a TOA agreement for your website. We do not provide that free service here.
