termination under companies drug policy

i was given a urinalysis on 9/07/07 in which i was told that my sample had to be sent to a lab. the results were to be back e following friday. the company asked me to do a job out of state in which i did, friday came and went with no confermation, while out of town they asked me to do another job in the same state, i returned on 9/18/07. on 9/20 i was terminated, the company had the resuts on 9/13 which i have a copy. is there anything i can do to keep my job legally?
