breaking a lease
i own a home that i have been renting. i have a tenant that has a lease through june of 2007. i recently divorced and want to move back into this house. can i break the lease to do so?

As a LL with 25 years experience, + without reading your lease, best I can suggest is offering to terminate lease with an offer of last month free rent + moving expenses?
